Good nutrition is the foundation upon which a training program is built - it's surprising what a massive difference eating the right foods and the right amounts of food makes to your energy levels, weight and even your moods. I'll give you all the information and support you need to overhaul your diet.
If you want to go a step further I'll ask you to keep a food diary so that I can see exactly what you're eating and when you're eating it - using this information I'll draw up a personal food plan that's more inline with your weight and fitness goals.
Like all of my training, I'm really passionate about educating you to be able to make your own choices - many of my clients have found it useful to let me take a look inside their fridges and cupboards or even go shopping with them.
